Cancellations

We accept cancellations at any time upto the date of the Congress ie 16 June 2025

Refunds

Refunds will be subject to the following timelines
– Cancellations up to 25th March 2025 : Full Refund
– Cancellations between 26th March and 25th May 2025 : 50% Refund
– Cancellations after 26th May 2025 : No Refund
The Refund will be made via Bank Transfer to the account nominated by the Registered member. All bank charges involved with the refund transfer will have to be borne by the Registered Member.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within three weeks after we receive your cancellation and request for refund. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
