Congress Package rates

  • The Early Bird Period is 15th December 2024 to 15th January 2025
  • Package Rate includes Single/Double Occupancy for 3 nights, 3 daily breakfasts, 2 Lunches, 3 Dinners, Airport Transfers for arrivals and departures between 25th to 30th June 2025.
  • Check-in/Check-out time at the Hotels is 12noon. Please be mindful of flight Arrival/Departure times when making your hotel booking
  • Congress Only package does not include Hotel Accommodation and Airport Transfers
  • Young Skal package will be valid at the Ramada Colombo by Wyndham Hotel
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy
    – Cancellations up to 25th March 2025 : Full Refund
    – Cancellations between 26th March and 25th May 2025 : 50% Refund
    – Cancellations after 26th May 2025 : No Refund
