Congress Package rates
Rates quoted below are on a ‘per room’ basis
- Package Rate includes Single/Double Occupancy for 3 nights, 3 daily breakfasts, 2 Lunches, 3 Dinners, Airport Transfers for arrivals and departures between 25th to 30th June 2025.
- Hotels Check-in time is 1500hrs and Checkout time is 1200hrs. Please be mindful of flight Arrival/Departure times when making your hotel booking.
- Congress Only package does not include Hotel Accommodation and Airport Transfers
- Young Skal package will be valid at the Ramada Colombo by Wyndham Hotel
- Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations up to 25th March 2025 : Full Refund
– Cancellations between 26th March and 25th May 2025 : 50% Refund
– Cancellations after 26th May 2025 : No Refund
